Star Tech Academy provides a path to a career in the HVAC and Plumbing industries. We pay people with NO EXPERIENCE to learn the HVAC and plumbing trades. Yes, you read that right. We pay our students. Once students complete the course in good standing, they will immediately be offered a job for American Vintage Home.
What to Expect
During six months of full-time, dedicated training, students will learn an array of HVAC or Plumbing skills as they complete the curriculum via classroom lessons, hands-on training with equipment, video tutorials, field training, and working directly with the instructor (all while getting paid). They learn install, service, and maintenance skills as they work toward successfully becoming an HVAC or Plumbing service professional.
We keep the classes small and always keep the student to instructor ratio low. This allows for one-on-one attention and better group dynamics overall.
